Pricing is variable depending on several factors that include day of the week, time of the year and duration of the stay.

(*) Two nights rentals in high season are possible only during specific week days (usually Monday to Thursday).
Mid week (Monday to Thursday) rentals during high season benefit of special offer. Please inquiry for the specific quotation.

The venue rental prices includes:
all charges: heating, air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, WiFi connection in the common areas. Linen, towels and final cleaning. BREAKFAST is included in the rental cost.
The price does not include:
TOURIST TAX (1.50 euro per person per night - Children exempted), extra cleanings, change of bed sheets and towel, laundry service. Any meal except breakfast, wedding dinner, lunches, barbecues, pizza dinner etc. Beverages and bar items. Any incidentals. The price does not include any equipment or settings other than our standard setting. If you require i.e a marquee or outdoor heaters or special lightening etc. there is an extra rental charge.
We require the signing of our standard"Exclusive Rental Contract" containing all rental terms and conditions.
After that, to secure and confirm the reservation, we will need the payment of a non refundable deposit. The deposit required is 25% of the venue rental costs (not the food and beverage costs) until 12 months prior check in date and 50% of the entire rental cost within 12 months prior check in date. The balance is due 4 months prior the check in date. The signing party will be taking care of the rental payments (we don't accept payments by single guests per room or pro quota basis). All other expenses (dinner, drinks etc) can be in due course or during the stay. The progress billing is not refundable.
