Restaurant

Casa Cornacchi has its own private restaurant with a dining hall and two beautiful panoramic terraces. We strongly specialize in traditional Tuscan cuisine full of favorite family recipes. The restaurant is open daily to order simple meals and several times per week we organize set menu dinners with a selection of the best recipes of the season. We grow our own vegetables and spices totally organic, we make our own wine as well as our extra virgin olive oil. All ingredients used in our restaurant are produced locally. As far as we can, we use organic produces coming directly from our farm or from local breeders and suppliers.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 8 to 10AM in our sunny upper panoramic terrace (or in our indoor dining hall) and consists of: freshly baked croissants and bread, one hot dish (i.e. scramble eggs, omelettes, crepes ...) few cold meats and cheeses, fresh vegetables (i.e. tomatoes, cucumber or other seasonal), muesli, cornflakes and cereals, marmalade and chocolate cream and honey, biscuits, yougurt, tea, fresh coffee, milk, capuccino and expresso and fresh fruit juices

Lunch and dinner

Beside the full traditional dinners we can always cater light lunch and dinner either in the restaurant or to take away to the pool area or to your accommodation and private terrace. Dishes include, season vegetable salads, various kind of pasta with freshly made sauces, cold meats and cheeses, panini (sandwiches) and cakes. 

Children

As part of our family policy, we are happy to prepare special food for your children. Kids up to 6 years old are complimentary when parents attend the dinner and we offer discounted set menu for children up to 14 years old.

Example of traditionsl full dinner menu

  • Starter: vegetable custard, local salami and ham, bruschetta with various toppings.
  • First course: Homemade tagliatelle with mushrooms sauce or lasagne with wildboar sauce
  • Second course: herbs marinated and charcoal grilled meats (such as pork, poultry, boar or vanison)
  • Side dishes: home grown salads and raw vegetables sip in our olive oil
  • Dessert: Homemade crostate or special tiramisu or traditional pies
  • Price per person (adult): 35 euro, beverages not included.
