(*) In high season we only rent on weekly basis. Daily stay during high season is subject to restrictions and, generally, only as "last minute" offer.
RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Prices are always per accommodation per night or per week (NOT per person)
- The daily rates apply for a minumum of three nights stay and only in low season. Daily stay during high season is subject to restrictions and, generally, only as "last minute" offer.
- Long rentals (2 or more week) may benefit of reduced rates (second week gets 5% reduction, from the third week you get 10% discount for any additional week of rental). This offer cannot be combined with other offer or special price
What is included in the rental price:
Daily breakfast (buffet), heating, air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, WiFi connection in the common areas. Final cleaning. Toiletry.
What is NOT included:
The tourist tax (introduced by the Municipality in 2011): 1,50 euro per person for the first 4 nights. Children younger than 6 years are exempted.
Daily room cleaning (except for the suites) , change of towels and linen, laundry service, meals and bar items, phone charges.
FAMILY POLICY Families with young children (below 6 or below 12 years old by the date of check in) will benefit of reduced rental rates up to 10%. Please when enquiring specify the age of your children.
Extra bed cost:
In some accommodation one or two extra beds can be added. Children from 0 to 8 years old, the extra bed is free of charge. From 8 to 16 years old an extra bed costs 30 euro per night. From 16 years old the price per bed per night is 50 euro.
Extra cleaning cost:
Bedroom cleaning, linen change and towels replacement: 20 euro per bedroom.
Bedroom cleaning and towels replacement: 15 euro per bedroom.
Cancellation Policy:
The reservation is secured after the payment of 40% of the total rental amount as deposit.
- Cancellations made from the moment of the reservation until 60 days before the check in date only pays a forfait fee of 50 euros to cover the administration costs and the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days before check in will pay 70% of the deposit.
- Cancellation made less than 30 days before check in or no show will pay 100% of the deposit
A different cancellation policy applies to group reservations or long term rentals and will be stated in a specific rental contract.
How to book:
Simply write an email to enquire about the availability and current rates for your dates. Feel free to ask which accommodation is more suitable for your needs or special requests we will be happy to assist you.
When booking you will be requested a deposit of 40% of the entire rental amount to be paid via credit card or bank transfer. You will receive a reservation form to fill in (or just download it here after). The balance will be paid during your stay at Casa Cornacchi.

At check out the balance (all credit cards accepted including Amex).
Higher deposit or a different payment policy may apply for groups, events and long term rentals.
