Very easy, just send a simple email stating the period and the number of people wishing to rent an accommodation. We will promply reply with the availability and applicable rate.

(*) In high season we only rent on weekly basis. Daily stay during high season is subject to restrictions and, generally, only as "last minute" offer.
Conditions:
- High season 2011 from JUNE 3rd to the morning of AUGUST 20th.
- Prices are always per accommodation per night or per week (NOT per person)
- The daily rates apply for a minumum of three nights stay and only in low season.
- Long rentals (2 or more week) may benefit of reduced rates (second week gets 5% reduction, from the third week you get 10% discount for any additional week of rental).
What is included in the rental price:
Breakfast (buffet), heating, air conditioning, electricity, gas, water, WiFi connection in the common areas. Final cleaning.
What is NOT included:
Daily room cleaning (except for the suites) , change of towels and linen, laundry service, meals and bar items, phone charges.
FAMILY POLICY Families with young children (below 6 or below 12 years old by the date of check in) will benefit of reduced rental rates. Please enquire us about availability and current applicable rate.
Extra bed cost:
In some accommodation one or two extra beds can be added. Children from 0 to 8 years old, the extra bed is free of charge. From 8 to 16 years old an extra bed costs 30 euro per night. From 16 years old the price per bed per night is 50 euro.
Extra cleaning cost:
Bedroom cleaning, linen change and towels replacement: 20 euro per bedroom.
Bedroom cleaning and towels replacement: 15 euro per bedroom.
Cancellation Policy:
The reservation is secured after the payment of 30% of the total rental amount as deposit.
- Cancellations made from the moment of the reservation until 60 days before the check in date only pays a forfait fee of 50 euros to cover the administration costs and the deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation made between 60 and 30 days before check in will pay 70% of the deposit.
- Cancellation made less than 30 days before check in or no show will pay 100% of the deposit
A different cancellation policy applies to group reservations or long term rentals and will be stated in a specific rental contract.

Simply write an email to enquire about the availability and current rates for your dates. Feel free to ask which accommodation is more suitable for your needs or special requests we will be happy to assist you.
When booking you will be requested a deposit of 30% of the entire rental amount to be paid via credit card or bank transfer. The balance will be paid during your stay at Casa Cornacchi.
Payment Policy:
At reservation deposit of 30% of the rental amount (paid via via credit card or PayPal system or Bank wire).
At check out the balance (all credit cards accepted).
Higher deposit or a different payment policy may apply for groups, events and long term rentals.
